Imagine experiencing life with total clarity—no mental filters, no emotional baggage, no rigid sense of “me” coloring every moment. This is Full Experience Mode: the deepest, cleanest, and most direct way of engaging with reality. It is not a special state you achieve, but your most natural condition—the raw, untainted awareness that exists before identity, stories, and protective mechanisms layer themselves on top.
The Levels of Experiencing
We experience life through different degrees of filtering. Here’s a clear breakdown:
- Experience & Experiencer
At the surface level, there is simply *what is happening* (the experience) and *the one seeming to perceive it* (the experiencer).
- Body-Mind System as Experiencer
The sense of “I” becomes identified with the body-mind complex. Thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, personal stories, and mental activity all blend together. You experience life *as* this system: “I am this person with these needs, fears, history, and goals.” Even when you notice thoughts arising within awareness, the mental layer still acts as a subtle filter, tinting each moment through conditioning and identity.
- Full Experience Mode [Natural/Original Self]
This is the deepest and clearest level—pure consciousness/awareness itself, with no intermediary filter. There is no separate “experiencer” standing apart from experience. Everything flows through unobstructed awareness. The jar stays crystal clear instead of being dyed by thoughts, identity, and conditioning.
Why We Default to the Body-Mind
The body-mind system becomes our default mode because it feels protective. The mind constantly calculates safety and runs an identity algorithm to maintain stability. Every fresh moment gets filtered through past conditioning, future worries, and self-image concerns. The result is a tinted, conditional peace—comforting but fragile.
Returning to Full Experience Mode
The main method is "self-inquiry"—gently questioning the assumed identity behind thoughts:
- “Who is having this thought?”
- “Who is/am 'I'?”
The point isn’t to get an intellectual answer, but to relax the grip of the thinker and rest as pure awareness. Each sincere inquiry dissolves a layer of filtering and returns you to direct, unmediated experience.
The Paradox and Gift of Full Experience Mode
Stepping into Full Experience Mode doesn’t diminish you—you actually become **more** of yourself:
- Deeper intelligence and creativity flow naturally because awareness is uncluttered.
- You feel freer, more confident, and more original—like the innocent, vibrant presence you had as a young child.
- Emotions arise but without heavy personal ownership. You can engage fully, disagree when needed, and stay balanced without fear or manipulation.
- Your presence becomes calm, strong, kind, and magnetic—integrating groundedness and openness in a way that feels both rare and deeply familiar.
This state mirrors profound spiritual descriptions, such as becoming a “pure vessel for the Holy Spirit” in Christianity: a heart free of contaminants, open, loving, and surrendered. Full Experience Mode *is* that pure heart—simple, powerful Being.
In the end, Full Experience Mode isn’t about escaping yourself. It’s about dropping the tinted filters so you can meet life directly as the unique, vibrant energy you truly are. No seeking, no defending—just clear, innocent, and fully alive. This is your strongest and most authentic self.
